Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure for your skin. Your esthetician uses a special flat blade instrument to remove the uppermost layers of your skin's dead cells, taking with it all Vellus hair (peach fuzz), leaving your skin looking younger and glowing. The hair follicles are not changed. Dermaplaning does not promote more hair growth or change a hair to a whisker. Hairs will eventually regrow. Many people choose this for their monthly facial.

Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It can help improve the appearance of skin affected by sun exposure, wrinkles, acne, and other conditions. Microdermabrasion involves gently sanding away the thick outer layer of the skin using a special applicator that works as a little sandblaster for the face—spraying crystals to remove dead skin cells while vacuuming them up. This helps to rejuvenate the skin and speed up cell turnover and the anti-aging process.

Peels are listed here as stand-alone services. A peel, or "lift" for a gentler term, also makes a great addition to other facials at half the price. Peels do not always cause peeling and shedding. Often, they are more a dissolving procedure or spot-lifting Peel series may be done as often as two weeks apart in a series of six. Peels should be done during the off-sun season and SPF should always be used. Perfection Lift ~This extra-strength treatment reveals a younger you after a single treatment. Ingredients include lactic acid, salicylic acid, and resorcinol. For optimal results, a series of 3 perfection peels is recommended, one peel every three weeks. Be prepared for heavy shedding from this peel. You will want to plan for some private time while you are in your shedding stage. There is NO discomfort from the post-shedding and peeling if guidelines are followed.
